At B3TRBeach, we stand behind our products and our mission: Making the world a B3TR place, one beach at a time. If something isn’t right, we’ll do our best to make it right.

🛍️ Returns

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery.

To be eligible for a return:

Item must be unused, unworn, and in original condition
Item must be in original packaging
Proof of purchase is required

🚫 Non-Returnable Items

We currently do not accept returns on:

Gift cards
Final sale or clearance items
Custom or made-to-order products (unless defective)

🔄 Exchanges

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, we’ll replace it at no cost.

Please contact us within 7 days of delivery with:

Order number
Photos of the item
Description of the issue

💸 Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected:

You will be notified of approval
Approved refunds are processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days

🚚 Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect
Shipping costs are non-refundable
